Cancellation Terms and Policy
Booking Policy
If you have a previous tattoo, before booking an appointment you MUST email us a picture of your previous work to make sure that the desired result is achievable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue with the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. Deposit
A 10% deposit is required in order to book and confirm an appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment once before the deposit will be forfeited. All rescheduled appointments will be rescheduled at the current pricing on the rescheduled appointment date.
No Shows
Arrange your schedule accordingly. No shows and no given notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make sure you will be at your appointment on time. If you are going to be late please let us know by calling on 02108625599.
Gift Vouchers Terms and Policy
Are non-refundable, are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed over at the start of your treatment.
Touch Up Policy
Is free of charge and booked with Keyla on the day of your first appointment. If you would like to make another touch up appointment, there will be a separate fee that will range depending on how long after the last session.
Patch Testing Policy
Patch test needs to be done 24 hours prior to the start of your treatment. Please contact us to make an appointment.
